Overview
About Me
Been in Boston since 2010. I like learning about people, and working with my hands.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Gift economies with shared responsibilities!
I used Couchsurfing a lot ten years ago and still think it's a cool way to see a place and meet interesting people. And I would like to pay forward some of the wonderful experiences I had!
Interests
I like trying to be mindful. Bicycling is one of the greatest joys in my life, followed by swimming and yoga, reading lots of things, knitting, and listening to podcasts (the last two go well together). I also am really into brewing! Right now in my closet (aka fermentation station) there's hard cider, kombucha, and some elderberry wine.
-------------------------------------
Keeping the above as a piece of frozen text from my past, to enjoy. I haven't brewed kombucha in a while but would like to get back into it. Everything else there is basically the same. I would add I love learning languages, so if that's you, would love to talk about it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Biked from Nashville, TN to New Orleans, LA in 11 days. It was truly amazing. Riding back up to Nashville, the last 100 miles we rode in the middle of the night, essentially through a state park. Took a 4am nap at a park monument and finished the ride while the morning dew was still burning off.
