About Me
Hi! I'm 25-years old and I have been traveling around Asia for over a year now. I have worked as an English teacher in Thailand and and Vietnam and studied journalism at the University of Florida.
During my travels I have learned so much about the awesome community of people you meet while in foreign places and I am awed and moved by the kindness I've come across. I'd love to continue having these experiences through Couchsurfing and make new friends along the way.
I love food and I will eat everything and anything (seriously, try me). I most enjoy exploring new places by bike and being outdoors in general. Although I am afraid of heights I love climbing, hiking, rafting, and seeking out beautiful views from high up.
I also spend a lot of time reading, sketching, listening to music, telling bad jokes, and spending an embarrassing amount of time watching shows on Netflix.
Feel free to check out what I've been up to on my Instagram:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started couchsurfing when my parents signed up while I was in high school. My involvement continued in college when my roommate hosted couchsurfers in our house during Gainesville's Fest, a punk festival that receives a great deal of travelers.
I've met so many great people though Couchsurfing and I am exciting to continue doing so and make some new friends.
