ABOUT ME

I am a 35 year old musician, teacher, field biologist and artist. When i am home in Portland, OR, I spend most of my time teaching drums, playing in multiple music projects, working for Tom Tom Magazine, organizing events, hiking, and biking. Political, liberal, energetic, queer, feminist.

I teach people drums,connect people, walk, hike, chase insects, have meetings, write, draw, and ride my bike everywhere

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have extensive couchsurfing experience as a touring musician; I am a kind & appreciative guest. I have also hosted many friends & musicians over the years on my own couches.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once i slept 150 up in the canopy of the tropical rainforest, on a platform, and awoke to the sight of three toucans on the branches next to me.
