ABOUT ME

hello! i'm an easy going, carefree person and love to have a good time. i'm very easily amused and love to have a good laugh. I am always open to try new things, I'm a little shy at first but I usually come around and once I'm out of my shell I am up for anything :)
i love having new experiences, and meeting new people. i want to travel the world and see essentially everything there is to see and learn everything there is to learn about these places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first couchsurfing experience when I went to Amsterdam while I was living in Germany. It was also my first time traveling alone so I was very nervous but my host was also hosting a couple of other girls and they were all really great so it turned out to be a pretty amazing first experience

i am interested in... food :) i love food! oh and being out in the sun! if i could i would spend all day sitting out by the pool or the beach or floating a river and walking trails through the woods! Austin is beautiful pretty much all year so it makes it pretty easy to enjoy the outdoors here.
and i love music too! how can anyone not love music. there's so many great outdoor shows here so when I am ever off from work I try to make it out to enjoy a few. there's also a lot of outdoor movie showings in the summer! and i love taking pictures and trying capturing every moment :)

all kinds of music, especially country and indie music.
i love all kinds of movies, but not a big fan of any of the scary stuff. it's hard for me to find a book that i just can't put down, but once i do i can't help but read it over and over

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

lived in worked in small town Alaska. I spent a summer working at an upscale fishing lodge so I had the opportunity of being able to take helicopter rides to see the glaciers, sea planes to remote lakes to go fishing, see the northern lights, go fishing under the midnight sun. The whole experience was all pretty amazing and definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

Definitely one of the most amazing things I've done is being able to see the Northern Lights in Alaska and in Canada. No matter how many times I've seen them, they still never seem to take my breath away. It really is an incredible thing to experience
