Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I got to know CS through the fabulous CS community of Pittsburgh and shared a great time and lots of fun events during my 8 months stay in the US in 2010.
In Munich I usually join CSers for hiking or events.
In Joburg I got involved heavily again - setting up weekend trips for Jozi's awesome people!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
All kinds of events with the Pittsburgh-CS-group, Couch Crashes in Detroit, D.C., NY and Pittsburgh in 2010.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going beyond 3000m altitude (just wonderful each time), temples of Bagan, Michigan Train Station, hiking in Black Forest and Cameron Highlands, Singapore food, living with a family in Saigon, Basketball Tournament in Utrecht, Joshua Tree NP, Arches NP, skiing in Utah and Colorado, biking all the way to Vienna, partying all night in Berlin, Hong Kong and Barcelona, living in a house in the vineyards in Banyuls-sur-mer, hiking up Half Dome, staying with a family in Oman, lingering in French cafés in November and -of course- living in Pittsburgh, the beautiful!
