Hi!
I'm a Swede that currently lives in Lisbon. I'm here studying Architecture on a exchange year, after four years of studying in Lund in Sweden. Before I started studying I had two gap years, in which I was working half the time to be able to travel the other half. I traveled in total a year in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the United States. After four years of studying and more or less being bound to one place except for shorter trips, I now start to find my travelling soul again for real. Deep down I think it never went away. Now I look forward to couchsurf again, which definitely is one of the best ways to meet people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Heard about it from other backpackers, and it seemed to be a good way of meeting new people around the world. It also gives you a little bit more than just the usual tourist attractions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a lot (around 10 times) when I were travelling in Australia with my best friend. The experience overall have been really great, and different, and that's why I love couchsurfing. Hostels are pretty much the same, but when you couchsurf you never know what to expect.

Algo increíble que he hecho

2014 I traveled during 6 months in New Zealand and the United States with my two best friends. It started for me with 1,5 months volunteer working with horses on two farms in New Zealand, and then we explored the whole county with a car and a tent during 1,5 months. We flew from Christchurch to Hawaii and tasted the Hawaiian life. After this we flew to Los Angeles where we started a 6 weeks long road trip with a camper van in California, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. We ended the road trip in San Francisco before we went to New York and then home.
