Intelligent, good sense of humour, creative, alternative, open minded, a traveller and explorer, loves to learn new things and meet people from different cultures. I have an academic background and work as an online lecturer and tutor.

My philosophy is to keep growing, learn new things and learn to be present and enjoy the moment as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am about to embark on a big adventure, travelling and working online and am particularly interested in meeting people who live locally for a drink/coffee/dinner, sightseeing during my stay, especially as I travel on my own, and I am happy to do the same for other travelers once I am settled somewhere again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not stayed on anybody's couch but have met several people through the website during my trips. Each time being able to meet up with people through Couchsurfing made my trips very special, I met some great people, a wonderful experience.

Interests

I sing and write songs (folk/celtic/world music) but like most kinds of music and play the piano. Besides music I am also passionate about travelling, social justice, personal growth and mindfulness. I have recently finished a novel based on my life growing up. I am also interested in Sociology, Psychology, Astrology, dancing, walking, nature, good food and wine and deep conversations.
