HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just joined this network, I hope to get to know many interesting people through this. I am happy to asstist people coming to Frankfurt finding their way around. Since I live in a shared flat I cannot promise to always be able to host. (My flat mates are not on CS -YET)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new on couchsurfing, I have been a member of a similar organization for a few years now and have made excellent experiences either with surfing as with hosting.

Interests

I love arts and culture, music, concerts, hanging out with friends, reading, playing the piano... I love good food (vegetarian only). I am a good cook and pastry maker... When travelling I tend to want to see EVERYTHING.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love going to concerts, mostly alternative rock and pop music. Upcoming: Joan as Policewoman, Die Goldenen Zitronen, The Thermals, Bright Eyes, Melt! Festival

I prefer arthouse-movies to Hollywood-blockbusters.

Just read Dorothea Tanning's "Birthday" and loved it. Other recent books: Murakami's "19q4"

I used to work at an art museum, now doing my phd in history of art, so I'll be happy to share knowledge about modern and contemporary art.
