After the most challenging year of my life, I am still trying to discover things that make my life engaging. I spend my time trying to motivate myself, appreciating the beautiful city I just moved to, and enjoying loved ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a trip in Israel, I was riding in a very bumpy, extremely dusty jeep in the middle of all beige desert. The jeep driver said we'd see a surprise soon. We were in the middle of a desert with nothing around and in a few minutes, a palatial mansion popped up out of nowhere like magic. It was old and light blue and kind of carved into the side of the desert rock. It was incredible. Our guides loved seeing all of our eyes light up.

My wedding also surprised me because in the midst of tragedy we overcame. It was nothing like what I thought it would be and yet it was so touching and loving and small and simple and beautiful.
