PHILOSOPHY

I try to be an open person. I want to learn about everything and anything I can. I think that traveling and living in other countries opens the mind and makes us better people. I'm trying to travel as much as possible while I'm living in Europe...il faut profiter!

I don't have an extra couch in my apartment but love meeting new people~

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed eleven times! Gent, Belgium; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Strasbourg, France; Madrid, Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; Stockholm, Sweden; Copenhagen, Denmark; Marseille, Bordeaux, and Nice, France; and Vienna, Austria...all great experiences in which I met some really amazing people!

Interests

I love speaking French and learning more about the culture everyday. I like to travel, see new places and meet new people. I hate coffee but love hot chocolate. I like running and finding new activities that I will enjoy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading. I want to read more French books. I listen to almost any type of music and am currently trying to expand my horizons. I also enjoy a good movie with a bowl of popcorn!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever done was to do an overnight hike in the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming this summer. A friend and I hiked in one canyon, went over a mountain pass and hiked out another canyon. After 20 miles I was exhausted but it was the best feeling in the world to see the car again and know what I'd just accomplished!

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have a whole lot to teach although I did attempt to teach English for a year in France. As for learning...everything and anything!
