ABOUT ME
All about me... well - Hello. I am a 31 year old Israeli, who loves traveling and meeting new people and experiencing new adventures. I grew up in Israel, except for 2 years of my life which I spent in the USA (Champaign, Illinois), and except for my travels (which unfortunately are less than I would like them to be). I also spent lovely 3 months in Firenze (Florence), Italy, where I picked up some Italian. I love traveling and hiking, sports (mainly running and kickboxing), reading, I play the flute (also in an orchestra but just for fun), and sing a bit of opera (soprano. Have learnt for one year but had to quite for the moment). I graduated uni in electrical engineering (Tel-Aviv uni), and have started a masters in economics, but am now on a break.. :) So now I am traveling for the time being... having fun and seeing new places and meeting new people... :)
PHILOSOPHY
Oh my... tough question... so.. let's see...
so, you live only once, so make the most of it. smile, have fun, enjoy, love, be happy. and always always smile :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So, I have heard about this project about 2 years ago, from a guy with which I was traveling in Turkey and is a member. But my first experience was just 2 weeks ago with a friend who is a very active member of the community, and I found it charming and interesting. So... here I am! :) I am travelling at the moment, so would not be able to host as well, but would love to do it once I get back and find a new apartment... :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So so far there's just one in Moscow, where I stayed with my friend and had a lovely host who was very welcoming, pleasant and nice. It was my first and very good experience, which made me decide to join this great project.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - classical, operas, and anything else but heavy metal, heavy rock. limited patience for house and jazz (light jazz with words I could cope with for a long time though..)
Movies - well, unfortunatelt Im not such a big fan of movies in general... Usually I would prefer to do other things than watch a movie. But - comedies, dramas as well (but good ones!), and I have a confession (although it may be a bit embarassing) - I really really like Ben Stiller movies... yah.. I know maybe I shouldnt have written that... :)
Books - one of my favorites is Zorba the Greek, also Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. I think theses would be the top 2 but there are many more that I enjoy..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed a snow mountain with krempons and ropes at night to get to the summit :)
