Overview
About Me
I'm from Long Island but moved to Louisville almost 8 years ago with a friend from high school on kind of a whim, or at least without any real plan. I ended up going back to school and sticking around after graduating. I'm a Research Assistant in the psychology dept at U of L but also drive for Lyft part time. At the moment I can't host since I'm working two jobs saving up for some traveling and moving back to NY, but I'd be happy to suggest things to do in Louisville. (There's a lot)
I'd say I'm pretty easy to get along with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Short Answer: Hosting and surfing
Long Answer: I've hosted and surfed somewhere around 20 times and have had nothing but good experiences. I'll definitely be using CS before looking into hotels whenever I travel. I also look forward to hosting more people when I can again.

-The Big Lebowski, The Royal Tenenbaums, Boogie Nights, action movies, lots more.
-I like a shitload of music. Here are my Pandora stations: The Hold Steady, Joe Tex, Johnny Cash, Modest Mouse, Dillinger Four, and Django Reinhardt.
-Jeffrey Eugenides, Charles Bukowski, Hemingway, Henry Miller, A Long Way Gone, Jack London, some more.
-I mainly flip between Comedy Central, the Food Network, and ESPN. But some favorites are Dr. Katz, Flight of the Conchords, Bored to Death, Home Movies, Mad Men, and a ton more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I drove from Redondo Beach, CA to Seaford, NY (basically LA to NYC) with a friend in his '88 Honda Accord in 42 hours on our way back from our first cross-country road trip when I was 17 (and missing high school...thanks mom). We only did 3 shifts: he drove from Redondo nearly to the New Mexico-Texas border; I drove from there until just passed Indianapolis; and then he drove us home.
