My friends would tell you that I am a straight forward guy. What you see is what you get and good fun to hang out. Some of them would claim that I am the last Peter Pan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In all these years in the CS community I have met beautiful people who have enriched my life. I have visited places which I would have never reached without the recommendations of my hosts and felt at home in remote corners of the world.
I like to think that I have also offered comfort and happiness to all my guests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If I have to mention "one" only... I have lived for over a year in four different continents.

Climbed "Fuego" volcano in Guatemala and "Erta Ale" volvano in Ethiopia, scuba-diving in Utila (Honduras), elephant ride (Thailand), air balloon trip in Jena (Germany), volunteered in literacy campaigns in Guatemala, guiding children and peasants how to read and spell. Most recently, I developed a fishfarming project in Zambia.
