But especially mountains and the ocean.Getting lost, getting found. Learning. Being present. Stories of real people and places. Made up stories. Tastes and smells of far away lands. Other places. Other points of view. Other cultures and other times. But especially here and now.Learning self-sustainability. Learning practical skills. Learning languages. Learning to dance, to fight and to be like a wild animal. Learning to play a whistle and a drum. But especially how to be a better human.Book + Mug of Tea. Hanging in a hammock. Walking barefoot. Listening to ambient noises. Rolling in the sand. Running. Cycling. Breathing. Swimming. Riding a motorbike. Daydreaming. But especially feeling connected.Mountains. Making my own way. Being on the move. Adrenaline and nature. Horse-riding. Being part of the horse-human team. Kissing the velvety nose. Enjoying the smell of a horse. But especially enjoying company of other animals, human and non-human.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-bare-back horse riding across a mature mossy Norwegian forest, picking wild mushrooms and wild raspberries. magic!
-skinny-dipping in the moonlight in the Mighty Atlantic Ocean
-snorkeling in Ireland. the comical scollops (snapping fake jaws), lazily graceful dogfish... swimming with a wild bottlenose dolphin. the blue starfish, tide-dancing olive-golden seaweeds, feathery pink and orange tube worms.
-rolling off a warm golden sand-dune in the Moroccan Sahara with my Berber friends
-dangling my feet off a cliff in Wales, watching dolphins, seals, fulmars, peregrines and choughs.
-looking down at the Earth at night from an airplane. Shimmering cobwebs and patterns of streetlights on a black velvet.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can go birwatching together. I'm always interested in wild places where I travel and I can show you some nice spots here.We can share a nice meal, I can cook some traditional Polish dishes and other nice veggie meals.I speak Polish and English and am always keen on language excahnges. Currently I'm learning Spanish and Arabic. I can translate things for you (Polish-English).We can go running or swimming together, do some photography. I can share what little I know about ecology, natural history... I can look after your dog/cat/other animals. Some travelling tips from places I visited/lived in: When you are in Poland, try eating in places called Bar Mleczny (translates as Milky Bar). It's very cheap and gives you a good idea of a typical Polish cuisine (=yum!)Hitch-hiking is safe in Poland but always have a road map with you, and a piece of carboard + marker, make yourself visible and only choose thumbing spots where its safe for cars to stop (otherwise you will only piss the drivers off or provoke an accident). If you plan to camp in Morocco, make sure you think about the fuel for your stove. Gas bottles may be hard to get and the only portable ones I've found are the campingas (blue click-on ones). Perhaps petrol or meths stoves are more practical.
