ABOUT ME

I'm an American girl from Placerville (where? I know...). I study in San Francisco, and just finished a year in Tuebingen, Germany, where I had some of the most amazing experiences of my life. Germany is centrally located, so it's quite easy to get around, especially with airlines like Ryanair and Germanwings, and I was able to do a good amount of travelling. The Euro basically kicked my ass, but the entire thing was so worth it. I love to learn and I love to write, especially about my travel experiences. Maybe some day, I can write a travel book all my own?

PHILOSOPHY

It's better to regret having done something than regretting having passed up an opportunity. Money is just money, and it can be earned back. If something makes you happy, buy it, whether it's a dress, make up, or a ticket and a hostel in Istanbul. Life is too short to not be happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to be able to share my travels with everyone. This way, I'd like to be able to guide people to places they might enjoy, or to give people tips I have found useful when I'm travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have only met a surfer who stayed with some of my friends, but I'm looking forward to meeting and learning and hopefully helping more people through this!
