ABOUT ME

I'm a Brisbane girl but often far from home. An undying advocate for optimism over reality. My friends call me a gypsy, and I'm okay with that. If I didn't go away, how would they miss me?

I try to keep it simple - try new things, explore new ideas, find new ways to live and breathe and laugh and love. Take risks, and try to remember why I took them if they go wrong!

I'm an amateur photographer and a sometimes writer - addicted to both images and words. I talk to myself. I sing aloud while running. I can't help but smile at small things. I'm a water baby and I'd rather be barefoot. Always.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Do the best you can, given your circumstances. Offer a little generosity and compassion to those you come across, and hope for the same in return. With those in place it will come out alright in the end.

Brand new but looking forward to having something to put in this box... Though some of my best travel experiences have been through connecting with friends of friends and the unexpected surprises they always bring.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing at the top of the Preikestolen in Norway, looking out 800m above the fjord, watching wisps of cloud drift up from below and feeling the wind play in my hair. Absolutely incredible.
