After 5 years in the Netherlands, I now live in Berlin, Germany because of my husband. We actually met via Couchsurfing, so yes, it's a great experience for both of us!

Since I live with my husband now, we're not always able to host guests. But you can always ask!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to host people in my flats in both Leiden and Taipei. I've also stayed at some great host/hostess' places and had some very good stories.

Interessi

traveling, for sure on this site;
movies, all types except horror ones;
art museums, because it is my major;
reading, though I found it difficult to manage more time to do it;
writing, this is something I am good at;
and chatting to friends with coffee or wine in hand.

Musica, film e libri

movies: many. to name a favorite i think it's The Wings of Desire by Wim Wenders.

music: have a broad taste for music, especially for jazz and classical. recently fall in love with the great pianist Keith Jarrett. hip-hop is not my type.

Books: i'd rather list the authors i like: Eco, Calvino, Kundera, Murakami Haruki, Gogol, Fitzgerald, and Jane Austen. (okay, old-fashioned i know.)
