ABOUT ME

Currently I am learning Traditional Chinese Medicine as an apprentice.
I love reading books,recently only reading books of TCM from my master's master,and our great great grandmaster , who was a legend, had cured many patients who were diagnosed to be untreatable by doctors in hospital.
Milan Kundera is my favorite novelist, and I like Jack London,Tolstoy,Dickens,etc.
Besides novels ,I also read books on philosophy , psychology ,and anthropology as well.
I also love movies,music,sports.I love traveling ,especially hiking..I have hitchhiked and cycled around the western parts of China,especially the Tibetan mountain areas.

I have been seeking for the meaning of life.I agree with Nietzsche that the only thing that's worth for living is beauty,beauty in nature, beauty in mind, beauty in creation and love.

I have been a vegetarian since 2014,after watching a documentary movie, The Earthlings.
I have attended two ten-day vipassana courses, have been practicing meditation everyday.
And I love doing yoga.
I don't have any religion yet,if I have to choose one,it will be Buddhism,every body has the Buddha nature on their inner side,to be mindful and peaceful and compassionate.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I cycled from Chengdu to Lhasa in 2008 and from Kashgar to Lhasa in 2009
hiked across Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon within 11.5 days in 2011.
I went to work as a volunteer teacher in a remote village in Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan for a year.
I have tried bungee jumping once.
I have attended two ten-day Vipassana course ,one in China, one in Sri Lanka.
