I'm Russian, but currently live in Indonesia, Bali. Just moved here from Shanghai where I've lived for 6 years. Addicted to coffee and making stupid faces in front of the camera. Good at bargaining, chatting with Chinese taxi drivers and using chopsticks. And I'm really bad at describing myself. PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all that familiar comfort of home and friends. You are constantly off balance. Nothing is yours except the essential things – air, sleep, dreams, the sea, the sky – all things tending towards the eternal or what we imagine of it.
