To live a life free of complacency! To take every opportunity to try something new, experience something different, to glean some learning from every interaction - even if it's only to better understand my likes and dislikes!

PHILOSOPHY

Every person, in just about every interaction is either in a position of giving or a position of need.

When you are in a position to give - give as you would like to receive - go the extra mile, add that extra bit of value. When you are in a position of need, remember: no-one likes to help an arsehole!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None through official CS channels yet, I'm just getting started!

I've recently hosted an awesome German couple I met in Gili Trawangan (Bali). I really enjoyed having them stay with me, show them the sights, show them hospitality and give them advice.

Running; Scuba diving; Snorkling; Socialising with friends; Spending time with my family - especially my niceces; Camping; Fishing; Bushwalking; Reading (mainly crime fiction - I need the mental escape from my work which is rewarding but mentally taxing)
