ABOUT ME

I am currently working on my doctoral degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I am pursuing a career change in health and wellness. I also work in State government and have a background working in environmental policy, transportation planning and natural resource management.

I earned a master's degree in urban and regional planning, with a focus on environmental policy from UCLA. I previously earned a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies and BS in Society and Environment from UC Berkeley.

I love traveling and exploring new places. I read, practice yoga and bodywork, and go on hikes in my free time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had an amazing couchsurfing experience in Rio de Janeiro for the 2014 Carnaval. It was so memorable to see Brazil through a local's eyes. So many great bucket list stories from that wild and life changing week :)
