ABOUT ME

I laugh... alot :) I love photography, el sol, the ocean, & ANY body of water and being in on or around it! riding my bike everywhere :) the stars & the moon on a clear night, especially out where you can see them all light up the sky! I love when there are biophosphorescents in the water :) I love traveling. (understatement). Fresh espresso & bonfires. Volunteering. Experiencing different cultures. Seeing God in mundane places. I want to see the world and create a positive experience for those I come in contact with in my journey. I find beauty in what most eyes dart away from... I think Tom Petty wrote the song, Wildflowers, for me :) I think we should all take risks and live life a little outside our comfort zones. Why not? Find what moves you, and move toward it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly hosted, but I Couchsurfed in Hawaii... and in Arkansas & Austin. Both of which were excellent experiences! But now I am a travel nurse... so we'll see what happens with hosting ppl.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted several times, but just started really getting involved. I've found friends in locals who also are couchsurfers. Whether I am working the entire time or able to hang out, there's always as place for you to stay.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Jumped off a 30+ ft waterfall in Puerto on my 26th birthday on a random whim :) Also swimming in the cove in Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park in Costa. OH! And most definitely the best one: after touring the Volcano Arenal and playing in the rainforest, we took a flashlight and hiked down the mountain in the dark a little ways... jumped off a small 5 foot waterfall into a natural hot spring pool and swam behind the falls... then we climbed up carefully and then slid down the natural water slide that dropped us off into that same pool of water. The grand finale and most favorite part of this whole experience was when we were all pooped, we climbed a little higher and laid out in these black rock hot spring pools staring up at the most exquisite sight of stars splattered across the sky in pure ecstasy... best night of my life (so far)! :)

.... Then I hiked the Hoh River Trail in the PNW. ANd then the Grand Canyon's Havasupai trip- oh my oh my....

I'm a nurse :) I could teach you how to surf, and fix ya up when you eat sh*t! I would LOVE to learn how to cook and teach me yoga, I only know like 5 moves...
