I was born in Vancouver, grew up in Hong Kong and I study in London. People always ask me what my hobby is outside of studying Neuroscience and my only real answer is travelling. I love to just go and get on a plane with no plans then just figure it out when I'm there. I feel I've learned more about life from doing this than all my education, although I do really love neuroscience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was sitting at the Cal train station in San Francisco and I was handed a street roots newspaper which discusses a lot of issues with homelessness in America. So I had the idea to go and film a documentary in Portland. Usually, I'm very fast to shut down my crazy ideas but this time I decided to go. So I found a cheap flight to Seattle and some old friends from boarding school drove me to Portland. And even though I had no experience with film or cameras, I did it and I was very happy that I pushed myself out of my comfort zone.

I'm open to anything :) I like to learn new things and I like to think I learn things fast haha but you can be the judge of that. I'm trying to get better at cooking this year since I have to cook for myself at university (ate oatmeal all of last year).
