About Me
[I won't be in Rio during August, so, won't be able to host anyone until September. - Before coming to the Olympic games in Rio, watch this video: https://youtu.be/1W_zM7koJy8]
Hello! I'm a translator from Rio de Janeiro, a very easy going person, quiet, who loves to know about other cultures and is ready to know the world (I'm not really good at talking about myself)! Rafael is my long time boyfriend, he's a lawyer, eager to know everything, the best RPG master I know, a great storyteller, and one of the most interesting people I know. We've known each other for over 20 years, but we've been together since 2010.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because we like to meet people while we're away and also now people from different places where we live. We think it's always better to travel when you know the locals, to share life experiences, make friendships and to discover those great places only people that live there know. Otherwise it's very turistic and we don't like that.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to rock, classical music, MPB...
I can't tell my favorite movies... I love so much of them, I can't even say...
I love science fiction and the books from Arthur C. Clarke.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once, I flew in a hang glider over a beach in Rio, and it was awesome! I was never so afraid and excited in my whole life! Rafael use to paraglide until a few years ago, so he's used to the thrill. But once, he saved an old man's life during a hearing, while everyone else was just watching the man have a heart attack. My hero!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach about my country and its costumes, also how to cook some Brazilian desserts (I'm not good in Brazilian dishes, but I'm ok with desserts). Rafael is a great cooker!
