Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to be able to provide couch surfing at a future date to others. I want to try it out as part of my adventure to transition into a new job in the city. I am open to giving advice and a listening ear to others. I would be responsible and would like to add value in some small way while we partake in this human experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None. I was unofficially a "gypsy" in my younger years, did a great deal of traveling, yet I have been gratefully settled into boring and usual for the past two years while doing foster care. I now have an itch to find new friends in the area I will be making my next home!

Interests

I like to be a willing participant in small miracles. I'm addicted to looking at real estate online and dreaming about places to live.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly enjoy theater productions if I have a choice. I love ballroom dancing, even if I miss the steps, I enjoy the laughter and energy. My favorite restaurant is "Ecopolitan". I would like to indulge in "Pure Market Express" sometime soon. I enjoy many different types of music. I am reading "A Course in Miracles".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a survivor of the flood of 1997 in Grand Forks, ND.
I have helped raise over 15 foster children since 1999.
