Overview
About Me
I'm a journalist who loves discovering little details about everything I see. I believe that life is not worth it if we don't learn and discover as many things as we can. For me, everyday is a new opportunity for learning something new if we're openned for the opportunities that comes on our way. I'm always trying to see what others has to show, so I can understand a little bit more from the world, and also about myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I live in Mariana, a touristic small town in Brazil, really looked for tourists. I'm here for the possibility of receiving these people in my house and showing a little bit of the wonderfull Minas Gerais. Like all cities, I believe that we can find out a lot more cool stuff about somewhere if we talk to someone who lives there instead of searching in some books or online. I wanna do that as much as I can!
Interests
I'm really interested in gastronomy and specially to discover little ingredients, recipes or special and unique food from some place.
I also love photography, and specially taking photos of small thins and random life details. I really love when I get so proud of taking a photos at the exact moment, of something really instantaneus.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love brazilian music and if we're going to a party, funk is definitely my favorite. Also love musics that I can dance and sing at the same time (yes, that pop songs that plays on the radio).
I'm crazy about movies and series that I have something to find out, those suspense films and series makes me happy. My favorite series are How To Get Away With Murder and Younger,
Books, thats a thing I think it's never enough and I haven't been too far yet. I'm crazy about books but i'm not easy to finish one. Always with thousands of wishes but not one finished. But my favorite book is A Moveable Feast from Ernest Hemingway.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left my parent's home with 17 years old for studying in a small town that's 12 hours far, without knowing anyone or anything in that place. By the time I didn't noticed, but it takes lots of courage for doing that and I'm really proud. It changed my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some brazilian' words, culture and gastronomy! And I'd specially like to learn about different countries' gastronomy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
For whoever comes to my house, I can offer a couch in my living room, a walking to some places in Mariana and Ouro Preto. Chat a lot, obviously. We can also cook something, go out to drink or party!
