ABOUT ME

I am an American, currently living in the outskirts of Copenhagen. I play basketball and I coach a youth team. I have been living in Denmark for the last 8 months and now that my season is done, I'm taking full advantage of living so close to so many great countries. Looking forward to heading south to warmth and some sunlight!

I will be traveling for 3 weeks in May: Rome, Naples, Barcelona, Madrid and finishing in Paris.

I recently travled solo to London for my 23rd birthday. I had one of the most amazing times. The weather was beautiful, the people kind and helpful and fun! The history behind the city and the amazing buildings and museums just made me look in awe. It has gotten me very excited to take the next few weeks to see some more amazing cities! I'm stoked!!

I am so excited. I had been looking into Hostels for my trip but a friend recently sparked my interest about the CS experience, so here I am and happy I made a switch! I think getting a chance to interact with people who live where you are visiting has the oppertunity to make the experience that much more amazing! There are so many of us and we all come from so many different, unique places. It'd be a shame not to embrace it=)

I am very into history and seeing the sights.I also just like relaxing and walking thru streets and random locations. I love taking in the culture and seeing all that has been and making the most of what is=)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm still fine tuning that. I like the idea that we shouldn't wait for change, we have to make things happen, they aren't going to happen on their own!

Traveling to me should be relaxed. Have a plan but be willing to be flexiable and do things that feel right.

As of right now I am planning on staying on other people's couches but I'm a big believer in Karma. Thus, I hope to be able to open my abode one day when I get settled=)

Basketball, reading, going down random streets and seeing what I can find!Sometimes those offer the best experiences!I just got my first bike in Denmark and have been making the most of it! I love taking pictures and laughing and making others laugh as well!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a pro athlete has been a really special experience, as well as being a athlete in general.

I recently went to the Castle where Hamlet takes place in Helsingør, Denmark. It was a great experience but even more amazing because I got to go with my mom=) It was her first time outside the US and we had an awesome time=)I'm a firm believer that it's the little things in life that make life special!
