ABOUT ME

I am from Montreal, I spent the last two month (May, June) in Africa with a friend from Cape Town to Nairobi, a small stop in Scotland and in Prague, now I'm heading to Russia for a month.

Basically this is me right now. Travelling and taking pictures for the summer, trying to complete an adventure of a lifetime on the road.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no problem, only solutions. If there is any problem, then the solution is within the problem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

-Tanzania (Arusha) for 3 days under Mt Meru.
-Scotland (Glasgow) for a night between several pubs and euro semi final game.
-Russia (Moscow) for 10 days.

Interests

Recent discovery : The Blues Brothers !

Music : The Arcade Fire ; DeVotchka ; Moderat ; Les Cowboys Fringants ; Moby ; operas and ballets.

Books : any Amin Maalouff book and Hermann Hesse book.

Movies : Claude Lelouch's movies (Les Uns et les Autres, L'aventure c'est l'aventure ; Itinéraire d'un enfant gâté) ; any movie with Alain Delon, Lino Ventura or Jean Gabin. Clouzot's, J.P. Melville's (l'Armée des ombres) and Tarantino's movies, well in fact any kind of movie !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Crazy trip across Africa. 6000km by mini buses with a friend from Cape Town (South Africa) to Nairobi (Kenya) in 3 weeks. One of the most powerful experience I have ever had.
