Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have only heard good things, and the way people have described themselves on here make them seem like kind, open-minded people who I feel like I could learn a lot from. I will be backpacking the UK and Barcelona for a couple of weeks so I'd love to meet people :) I studied abroad in Madrid two years ago and have been yearning to get back to Europe. I have a pretty eclectic taste in music. My friends kind of consider me an old soul in that way, as I really am big on 60s and 70s chill rock music, Motown, that sorta thing, but I am open to most music genres (minus the heavy metal stuff). Oh, and I just finished reading the book Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis-- phenomenal!!!!
