About Me
I am a masters student of behavior analysis! I sing, play piano, draw, and love to explore!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to connect and meet new people while traveling to new places! I am studying behavior analysis (psychology) with a focus on cultural systems which means I really like learning about each individual person and knowing where they came from and how their life experiences shaped who they are today.
Traveling to new places and staying with locals there is a perfect way to learn about peoples' stories - I hope one day to have a collection of stories from around the world and maybe even wrote a book about it once I have my doctorate and people start to care what a random psychologist has to say about stories from around the world and what it could show about the magic behind human kind.

Music, Movies, and Books
With music I Love it all!!! (Still learning to like country music though). I really enjoy singer/songwriter style the best, I would love to be a songwriter - for now I'll stick with singing until the right inspiration hits me!
I absolutely love movies - my current favorites are Guardians of the Galaxy, Moulin Rouge, and Monsters Inc! I work with lots of children too so I keep up to date with the newest kid movies (who am I kidding.... I love watching kid movies still!)
Books are wonderful when I have the time during school to read for fun rather than for class. I have read the entire A Song of Ice and Fire series and Dune (I must like that sci-fi fantasy stuff). I am also a fan of graphic novels, especially Saga, Y the Last Man, and Alex and Ada.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Started my own comic convention at my university. The first of its kind in the nation! I started it because I wanted to find a way to get more students active on campus and bring a bit more culture to the campus rather than it being a place you go to class then you leave. It was very successful! And it's still going strong even after I've let new student lead the planning for it. It's been awarded the best campus event each year since it began! I'm very proud of where the event has gone and I hope it continues to grow.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I sometimes can be shy and keep to myself, but I am very friendly and love to listen to your amazing stories!
I am always open to any questions you have if there is info that I forgot to mention on here!
