Hello!

My name is Liz and I am a lover of books, adventure and travel. I have been living in Germany for about a year and absolutely love it! I was born in Boise Idaho, but have lived in Chico California for the past 10 years. I am still a student (hoping to be finished by next Spring) studying Business and Accounting.

I moved to Tuebingen last August and have been studying both German and Business classes. I have been traveling as much as my bank account and time will let me. I want to see so many new places and travel as much as possible in my life. I am very quiet, clean and polite. I am usually a solo traveler and always eager to explore.

I listen to everything! I like many local bands from California, but am also not opposed to some good mainstream quirky pop songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are too many things to count! I suppose the most amazing was traveling to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. It was one of the most enlightening experiences of my life and it really sparked my love of travel and really seeing the world firsthand. I went for two weeks and helped a community build a church as well as help in other areas around the village. I think back on the friends I have made there and really miss them. I hope to go back next year!
