Overview
About Me
I love reading and knitting, and I wish I could do both at the same time. I studied environmental science in college. I'm interested in the intersection of food and anthropology, especially as it relates to the environment. I love odd, forgotten history and cultural criticism.
I am pretty laid back and easygoing. As far as traveling goes, I prefer to seek out opportunities in the moment rather than plan every detail meticulously.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite musicians are Mitski and, currently, Beach House.
My favorite books change frequently, but I just read How To Do Nothing by Jenny O'Dell, which makes the case for disentangling oneself from the attention economy, and I can't stop thinking about it. I also love Severance by Ling Ma and My Year of Rest and Relaxation by Ottessa Moshfegh.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sailed from Puerto Rico to New York City on a 135-foot twin-mast tall ship.
