Hello, my name is Liz! I have a water personality, I practice non-violence and seek tranquility in all situations of life. Nothing makes me feel more alive than when I am traveling and making friends from other cultures. I have lived in India 2 times. I am an artist who believes life is defined by our experiences - not our occupation or social status. Some things which bring me life include: plants, writing, stories, philosophy, nutrition, photography, the arts, feminism, and sustainable living.

I often travel to new places alone, but I never feel alone. I think making connections and exchanges with others along the way makes the experience most meaningful.

When I travel I don't really rush around or try to check boxes of sites to see. I could not care less about touring around to "see" everything. What really matters for me is the holistic experience of the culture itself. I would rather stay for a while and get to know the community and environment. All of the little things.
