I’m an IT professional from the UK but currently on a career break and taking some time out to explore Australia and hopefully have some adventures!

I’m a laid back and pretty easy going person, really interested in learning about new cultures, trying new foods and visiting new places.

I’m really into sports - mostly watching these days but I played a lot of tennis growing up and am always keen to play anything now if I get the chance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m in Australia for a couple of months and would love an adventure and road trip buddy! I thought Couchsurfing would be a great way of meeting like-minded people and hopefully some locals that can share their advice with me on the best places to go and things to do.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to most types of music and definitely have a few embarrassing songs in my library! I like most types of movie too but feel like I have a lot of classics to catch up on. Recently started reading a lot more again. Maybe a traveller cliché but I’ve been really enjoying Paolo Coelho lately.

I’m currently learning Spanish so if I meet any native Spanish speakers on my travels that will be a bonus :)
