About Me
ABOUT ME
Hi there! I'm a kind, genuine, intelligent single woman interested in seeing more of the world.
I've hosted a lot of people together with a previous partner, but unfortunately we only used my partner's account to do so. I love to host, however--I love to show people around this city have I have such deep affection for.
I'm a fresh graduate from a clinical social work program in the United States. I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area my whole life, but spent two years recently in Massachusetts getting my degree.
I'm planning to start work as a psychotherapist just after a trip to Europe for a conference in Croatia, after which I'll be traveling around to see some live music.
I'm bright and open-hearted. I'd love to meet you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm so excited to have moved to a place in San Francisco where I can finally host in my own place! While hosting with a previous partner, I loved meeting new people, sharing secrets about the best places to go in San Francisco and Oakland. The city is so full of lovely hidden spots.
I also love to travel and hear about what people love about their towns or cities. Your experience is so much better than any travel book!
Interests
I love to scuba dive and learn about wildlife. I volunteer at an aquarium here in San Francisco where I target feed sharks and octopuses.
I love to make things, particularly by welding.

Music, Movies, and Books
Grizzly Bear, Efterklang, Fleet Foxes, Typhoon, Sufjan. I'd love to be exposed to more music and find out where shows are in your region!
I love documentaries about people who are obsessed with things, or movies made by obsessed people. I want to love things as much as some people love cake. Also coming of age stories, particularly ones about gay youth.
Pale Fire, much of Cormac McCarthy, The Complete Works of Walt Whitman, A Visit from the Goon Squad, Yalom.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I made an extremely complicated scavenger hunt for my father to help get him out of the house when he was feeling down. It took him to three different cities before requiring that he dig something up in his own back yard. I'll tell you all about it!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, laughs, and kindness. I'm a loving soul, I love to share myself and hear people's stories.
