Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I couch surfed in Seattle once and it changed the way I want to travel/live life.
Interests
Fashion, Art, Music (of course), Travel, Sport. Boardgames + Vodka, not really an interest, more so an activity. I like keeping up with current affairs and sometimes enjoy an occasional chat about Politics. I love talking about anything related to my area of study (Law, Human Rights, Criminology) :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Bon Iver, Sun Culture, Mighty Oaks, Mos Def, Common, Angus & Julia Stone, Ben Howard, Eva Cassidy, RL Grime, Chet Faker, Jane Tyrell, Rivers & Robots, Mr Carmack, anything really. I generally enjoy Folk, Jazz, Hip Hop, Trap and Metalcore. I also really really like Gospel.
Movies: The Grand Budapest Hotel, Safety Not Guaranteed, The Karate Kid, Millions, Wes Anderson movies or Christopher Nolan ones. Amelie. Midnight in Paris.
Books: When I first read The Catcher in the Rye, I thought it was a dull and pointless. It is now one of my favourite books. I also like John Marsden's Tomorrow series haha!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As you can see, this is the one section I couldn't stop filling out! My life experiences make me who I am today and are the foundation for my gratitude and appreciation of life.
When I turned 18 I drove across Australia (Perth to Sydney and back) for two weeks. I travelled with a bus full of random strangers and met 3 awesome guys that I travelled with. We stayed in the most random places (Gyms in high schools, AFL Ovals, University Dorms, Home stays) and went from one Australian city to the other. We visited small rural/outback towns, drove across the Nullarbor (or as I like to call it the Nulla-boring) and spent an epic week in Sydney. Best time of my life!
I was also privileged to study Human Rights Law in Geneva in 2013. Through my university I got to visit/see The United Nations headquarters in Geneva and meet and immerse myself with the International Law community. It was an eye-opening, life-changing, motivating and unbelievable experience to witness, first hand, the people and the organisations that fight for Human Rights around the world.
That was two amazing things I've done :)
