ABOUT ME

I'm open-minded person, who can also be a little bit shy in the beginning. Besides I'm warm-hearted, curious, a little bit disorganized, always willing to look beyond my own nose - and I have a sense of black humour ;)

I'm 26 years old and working with a company that produces stuff for outdoor-activities (equipment, clothes, footwear). I studied business economics with a specialization in logistics. And logistics is also what I'm doing for my employer. I like this job - always being in contact with the whole wide world and trying to keep the flow of goods going. Every day is different. In March 2011 I started an MBA program in Logistics Management & Consulting and that's what keeps me busy besides working at the moment.

Besides working & studying I'm spending my days doing sports (as you can also read in my "interests") and spending time with friends. Always planning the next journey in my mind ;)

PHILOSOPHY

that's a tough one! As I'm a real big fan of the TV series How I met your mother I'd say, I try to live up to the motto: "whenever I'm sad I stop being sad and be awesome instead" -> always trying to see the positive in every bad situation. Making every day legen-wait for it-dary ;)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far. I once took part in a couchsurfing-party in Dublin. This was my first contact with the community. erverybody at this party was so open-minded and I was really fascinated. But nevertheless it took some time 'til I decided that I'd like to be part of the community myself. And here I am :-)

Interesses

photography - i just love to take pictures. and if I'm lucky they are even good ones.

sports - doing myself: working out in gym, swimming, yoga / enjoy watching: soccer, rythmic gymnastics, football

travelling - of course, otherwise I wouldn't be here ;)

music - unfortunately not doing anything myself, just enjoying to listen to it.

- Stonehenge & Avebury in England - love those mysterious places
- Scottish Highlands & Norwegian Fjords - I adore those rough landscapes which make you almost believe all the mystic stories of these regions :)
- travelled through South England & Scotland, just me and my backpack
- when being eleven years old living in a summer camp in Sweden for four weeks together with children from all over the world
