I’m Fulbrighter from Russia studying International development administration at Western Michigan University. I grew up and got my bachelor degree in Siberia,particularly in Tomsk. So that Siberian spirit is in my blood:)) Then I studied educational policy in my favorite city in Russia, Moscow, and after that I went to the USA to continue my studying.
