Overview
About Me
I'm a mexican recent graduate who's trying to find her call in life and an honorable job that can get her traveling.
I always have a little trouble when talking about myself, but I guess I'm a very independent and open-minded person who loves cold weather, scary movies and mint tea.
I studied to be an interiorist but lately I'm more into arts and design, so I love everything that has to do with museums, photography, painting, industrial design, graphic design, interior design, sculpture and architecture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Basically, because travelling is the only thing I'm sure about at the moment.
Because travelling and everything that comes with it makes me happy.
(Learning, appreciating, photographing, new places, new lifestyles, whole new cultures, meeting cool-kind people, meeting hideous-angry people, getting lost in a literally and non-literally way just to find your real self, help others, trying new food, new drinks, new friends)
And because I'm also a true believer of long-distance friendships I'm eager to be part of your traveling experience and leave some good memories.
Interests
I'm a curious person so when I'm not traveling, my main interests rely on learning new skills, painting, visiting art museums, roadtrips, attending concerts, reading, taking photographs and watching movies.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love Drama movies so: Revolutionary Road, About time, The Help, 50/50, One day, Manhattan and Midnight in Paris.
Music, I love music, mostly depressive, but I do listen to (almost) all kinds of it: The National, El Vy, Devendra Banhart, Father John Misty, Sufjan Stevens, Keaton Henson, Foals, Kings of Convenience, Alabama Shakes, The Black Keys, The xx, Nirvana (of course), Whomadewho.... I could go on and on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing that I've done took place last winter when I decided to travel through some european countries by myself for two months.
Everything was nothing but awesome; weather (snow, crazy wind and rain EVERYWHERE) food, bier, museums, music and really cool people who taught me so many important things without being aware of it.
As soon as I came back home I realised how much I love the unknown, how lucky I am for living in the place I live, for wanting to leave it and for being able to do so, how wrong I was focusing on trying to achieve material things and not memories, and that the UK hasn't the best weather, but Scandinavia.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you ever come to México, and want someone to show you around, write me and I'll make sure you have nothing but cultural fun and lots of mezcal.
I'm eager to have long conversations, sharing travel experiences and some drinks with you, and to show you how my country is way much more than tequila, tacos, Cancún and hot weather.
As I said before, I like learning new skills and cultural stuff from other countries, so I can offer some español classes and I'll be willing to learn some of your language as well. (:
