I'm a traveler from the United States, just spent a year in Australia, and am now exploring SE Asia. My biggest passion in life is sailing. I have been racing sailboats for a few years now and came to Asia for a few regattas. Now I have some free time and am exploring the region.

I'm here to meet exciting, interesting people who are willing to share experiences with me! I have been traveling solo for a few months now and looking forward to getting to know people who can point me in the direction of cool local spots I might miss on my own.

I am really into the outdoors and arts. When I visit a place, I like to explore parks, gardens, and museums. I'm interested in local cultures and discovering what daily life is like wherever I am.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am hugely into electronic music, but I'll listen to just about anything. I also love to read, mainly fiction. I particularly enjoy science fiction, but like music, I'll try anything once. I really haven't seen many movies, so if you want to share something from your collection, I'll likely want to check it out!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Competed in the Melbourne to Hobart Westcoaster, one of the toughest ocean sailing races in the world. Over the course of 4 days, we sailed over 350 nautical miles on a 51-foot sloop. It was an amazing experience, one I am keen to repeat someday.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share stories, experiences, and meals with my hosts. I would be happy to go shopping for ingredients together and create a meal we can enjoy.
