Hi ya!

I have just recently moved to the DC area from Australia. I am originally from South Africa but grew up in Melbourne. After having just completed a degree in Criminology and Justice i thought is was time I get out of town and treat myself to an adventure filled year, So I came to see what America has to offer (so far I am beyond impressed). I moved here as an Au pair and it has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people and to see the country in a whole different perspective.

I am a very adventurous person with a high level of curiosity. I will never say no to seeing live music and will always be keen on exploring a new part of town.
I love seeing people smile so I take pride in making others happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore America and meet new people. You never forget the people who make an impact on your time abroad. Couch surfing increases the potential to share a memory with someone you will hold onto for years to come.

Unfortunately whilst I am an Au Pair I am unable to host as I am living with a host family.

Interests

I am a very keen snowboarder and generally love the outdoors, hiking, tennis, cricket and rock climbing.
I also enjoy cycling, i ride a fixie.
