It's the best way to travel! I get to meet locals and gain a deeper understanding of their culture and country. In exchange, I can share a bit about my culture too. Beautiful exchanges are waiting for me :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is what heals my soul. I love it all: American hip hop (Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Chance the Rapper, etc), R&B (Beyonce, India Arie, John Legend, etc), any Latino genre (Joan Sebastian, Mana, Juanes, Carlos Vives, Marco Antonio Solís, Vicente Fernández, etc), and so much more.

During my current trip around South America, I have dedicated parts of my trip to exploring South American literature. I'm currently reading 'Cien Años de Soledad' but am collecting recommendations from various people I meet along the way. I have quite the reading list when I get home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm currently backpacking through South America. I'm embracing this time to learn more about the Latino culture, as well as myself.
