Overview
About Me
Greetings, my name is Lizette. I grew up in the northern part of California, in and around San Francisco, Santa Cruz , and San Jose. Traveling to the sea side or the red wood forests as often as possible is where I spent my sacred moments. I highly enjoy connecting with nature and meditating so I may remember~connect with my highest self which is Joy and Abundance . & through that Joy and Abundance I like to explore new terrains and expand my experiences . I enjoy cooking and being outdoors just as much as reading a good book that can make me travel. Highly appreciate art making and creating from painting, jewelry making, sculpting & more. I live for connecting to my roots through indigenous ceremony. Herbal medicine, holistic healing, and massage therapy are some of my tools for balance and well being. Elevated conversations from open minds and good hearts are always a treat as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy ancient egyptian instrumental music, cantos indigenas, and many other music with organic sounds.. My favorite books would have to be on toltec wisdom. I definitely would recommend checking out The Everything Toltec Wisdom book. For movies I'd probably say The Fountain because it really moved me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch hiked from San Francisco to Nevada mountains where I spent the weekend at a Fire Festival where I did fire walking and learned how to be in mutual relationship with the Fire Element.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm able to teach how to make jewelry, massage/healing techniques, how to make natural plant medicine, and some vegan/vegetarian cooking. I enjoy cooking, and am able to share whatever may benefit the greater good of all involved.
