ABOUT ME

For the experiences gained more than the means to escape, travel is one of my hugest loves, and to document what's discovered is another. I'm also pretty hugely keen on live music, and it would be amiss not to mention my love of flowers here too. I'm travelling USA and Canada to happen upon the studios of people who excel in my field, with the intention of starting up my business in full swing when I return home to Australia, so I'm essentially on one big hunt for flowers. But mostly I just enjoy a good laugh. And I'd really like to meet you.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted some people in Brisbane in past years, though sadly have been without the means to host in more recent times (location/lifestyle-wise). It's my hope that when I return home, I'll have a great spot so I can return the favour to all you stellar people out there who have hosted me, and open the door to a whole new batch of wanderers. This excites me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing? Brilliance.
I am so thankful for the opportunities CS has given me to see a country and really experience a city through the immensely warm and generous hospitality of a local. I used the site continuously through a 6 month backpacking trip in '09 and the people I stayed with were simply amazing. Thanks to this network, I now have some great friends all over the globe. I also met some lovely people who visited me in Brisbane, and it was wonderful to experience CS from the other end.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Waking up on the water daily back when I was working on a pearling boat.
PARAGLIDING! And Diving. Being that far underwater was easily the most beautifully foreign thing I've ever done. Shame it made me rather depressed to discover I was not a mermaid upon resurfacing!
Driving through the ever-changing, ever awe-filling American countryside.
