I am a 25 year old American originally from Texas but raised in New Mexico. I spent last year backpacking across Australia and spent some time in Indonesia as well so I have plenty of stories to share and have a keen ear to listen to more! After I returned from Oz, I moved up to Denver and have been soaking up the mountains ever since. I spend my days off hiking with my pup, skiing, or hanging with my sis at a brewery or pub.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I discovered couchsurfing a little late in the game as I was traveling but realized what an amazing resource it was! I heard such amazing stories from other backpackers in Oz and inspired me to jump on board. So here I am!

Intereses

I love mountain trekking, biking, and rock climbing... or really anything outdoors. I studied art history and therefore am passionate about art, literature and the role that both play in political activism. I am inspired by stories of life lessons and off the wall traveling experiences.

Folk, Folk Rock, Rock, Classic Rock, Reggae, Jazz.. and anything artistically collaborated and performed. I love discovering new and emerging artists. That goes for movies and books as well (in a way). I love creative and unpredictable stories with a message.. but I guess that goes for anyone ;)

Algo increíble que he hecho

Climbed Rinjani Mountain in Lombok, Indonestia. Took 3 days, climbed up 12,224 feet/3.7 kilometers from 0. We went up the crater, reached summit at sunrise, went down into the crater and up over the other side after getting extremely sick after reaching the summit. One of the most difficult things I have ever done.
