Always up for some fun. I love trying anything NEW that I havn't done before: love meeting new people, new cultures, new places, new restaurants etc... If given the choice between going/doing something that I've already done or trying something else I'll take my chances and go for the something else...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Went to my first CS meetup in Stockton 12/2010 and LOVED it. The Stockton CSers ROCK!

Since then I've joined several message board groups to find out about local events, meetups and nor cal out door adventures like this one:

CS Yosemite Trip April 2011. Volunteered for the Yosemite Conservancy and helped raise over $2K in just a few hours!
