Hello, I'm Claudia Lizette Garay, a Mexican girl living in Madrid. I have a deep passion for yoga and meditation, which have become essential parts of my daily life. Through the practice of yoga, I find balance, strength, and tranquillity, while meditation allows me to connect with my inner self and cultivate mindfulness.

Aside from my spiritual pursuits, I also have a love for Mexican food. Being away from home has motivated me to explore and recreate traditional Mexican dishes.

My adventurous spirit has taken me on incredible journeys around the world. Exploring new cultures, meeting diverse people, and experiencing different landscapes have enriched my perspective and broadened my horizons. Travelling has taught me the value of embracing diversity and seeking out unique experiences.

Professionally, I am actively involved in research conferences. As a passionate learner and researcher, I enjoy staying up to date with the latest advancements in my field in Educational Innovation and Logistics & Supply Chain. Attending conferences allows me to connect with like-minded individuals, exchange knowledge, and contribute to the scientific community.

I´m starting to be on Couchsurfing having great recommendations from my friends in Madrid (the Couchsurfing community in Spain), and I´ve already met amazing people in this network, near home...so I´m totally sure that in my travels I´ll experience more and authentic Local possibilities as a couch surfer, with the goal of experiencing a destination from a local's perspective.
