ABOUT ME

Well, to be honest. Writing about myself has never been an easy thing to do. Either I go on and on.......
or can't think of anyting.

I would say though, I am a very kind and compassionate young miss.

Lets see. I'm orginally from California, then Moved to Washington state where I spent most of my life. I have traveled a litle bit after high school around the States. It was nice, but I didn't have the tools and knowledge that I have now. So now, hopefully when I travel next, I will be much better off.

Right now, I am working a few jobs to save up enough money for a extended trip over to Europe and Asia. My ideal plan would be able to get a job to teach English in a few different countries. But, you know all know life doesnt always come out the way you wish.

To be honest, I don't really know where to begin. Where to begin to look or start to get over where I want. I'm starting to get a little overwhelmed by all the information that is out there. I'm hoping to be able to meet/correspond with people that can point me in the right direction.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know that I don't have much on my profile. I've kind of found it to be a catch 22. I'm trying to get out there and surf, but everyone wants you to have references and friends, but I can't get those references and friends until I actually get out there, and I've found that most people will not give you the time of day without a full profile filled with friends and references. Thus….kinda empty profile. :(

I was finally able to host my first couch surfer about two years ago, when I had my own living space to share. Sadly though, I had to move. I now live with many people. Lucky now, my housemates are pretty chill and accepting of new people and friends. So I may be able to host once in a while. Please message me and ask if you are interested in statin with us.

I hope that I will soon have the opportunity to surf with new people when I travel out of the country.

I want to participate more than anything. I want to be able to host and be hosted. But I'm having a difficult time. So, If you are reading my profile, do know that I am trying to be active and meet people, so please don't toss me to the side because I don't have much on my profile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not hosted nor visited yet. Am excited to have that change though. I can't wait to visit other people, and once I get a more personal space, I would love to be able to host!!! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
Well, I don't read much anymore. But when I do read I like to learn new skills or ideas. So anything thing that will teach me.

Music: Music is my life. I go to sleep with music, I wake up with music and I have to have it playing while I drive,and work, and especially when I'm working out.
As for the type, I'm really intersted in anything. I love to evolve in all aspects of life,but music mostly. My favorite genre that really gets me going is latin based styles of music. And world music. Putumayo is my BFF! Ha.

Movies:eh, not too much. I like to laugh and think. I can't stand the fake bull crap in between........

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't done much yet. I'm now in my 30's . I've been spending my young life thus far learning about how to take care of myself and survive in this world. I'm about to start my journey on finding who I am.

Though, I would say. I'm a very taleneted cook.

And the best thing I've ever been able to do is be a supportive friend/familymember to many amazing indivduals that have come into my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share my home and be able to show anyone who wants to know or see the beautful place that I live.

But, more than anything, I want to get out and see the amazing planet that I live in. And that includes the beautiful people that will be surrounding me and helping me through my journey.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've been a chef and baker for most of my life. I can cook or bake and help around the house with cleaning. Or if there is a chance for an extended stay, I would love to help on projects that may be going on around d the hosts house/property. I'm hoping to be able to use the Woofing programs in a few different coutries, so if there are couch surfers that have similar set ups, then that would be a great opportunity.
