About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet new people and learn about their cultures and countries
ABOUT ME
A wise man once told me to always learn how to say 'No worries' in the native language of the country your traveling....thanks Dad, the best advice anyone could give.
I grew up on a dairy farm in a small town in Northland New Zealand. I couldnt've asked for a better upbringing! I love the farm and being in the outdoors.
PHILOSOPHY
I like to live life driven by fun and excitement! I love a challenge, nothing should come to easy
I don't follow a religion and i'm open minded.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment i'm travelling...so in answer to this question..i Surf. Of course i'm happy to give tips about NZ, but when i get home I will definately host!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was cycling with 4 other friends around Holland and we stayed with the most generous, friendly people in a Squat House. Was an experience for all of us!
Interests
Travel!! would definately be at the top of the list. I love to cook and bake. I enjoy hearing about other people's travels and the countries they've visited, including their own. This is how i decide which country to travel to next. I also really love soccer (playing and watching it). I enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking, biking, swimming, hiking and camping. I love to go partying and spent my free time with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to whatever is on the radio. My dad has a huge record collection so sounds of the 60-90's are usually playing in the back ground when im at home. Im not a big movie or book fan (can't sit still long enough) but i do enjoy the occasional one for some down time or relaxing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing i've seen on my travels is the generosity from even the poorest people while i was in India. While sitting on the trains the locals will ALWAYS offer you whatever goodies they have bought along for a picnic and invite you to share. or if they're purchasing a tea or coffee, buy one for you and insist you take. That sort of thing puts a big smile on my face for in most western countries we are too caught up in our own world sometimes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to share the knowledge of farming, so many people think all we do is just milk cows. Theres so much more to it! I love to learn about people favourite recipes and cooking secrets. I can share my mechanical knowledge and learn if you have any to share also.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
