About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To survive the next four months on the biggest trip we have ever emabrked upon.
ABOUT ME
First I think it is important to point out that we are two people. Lizzie and Fiona. We are friends from school who have now graduated from university (Lizzie did Zoology and Fiona did English Literature)and have yet to find our roles in life. We are travelling around China, southeast asia and then to Australia. We are both lovely girls and love meeting new people and experiencing new things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We have no couch surfing experience to date but are looking forward to our first stay.
Interests
Well Lizzie seems to like tormenting Fiona by saying that she looks like a Moomin/David Mitchell! (should you not know these references google images should provide some answers).
Other than that Lizzie is very interested in science the environment and conservation (and educates Fiona). Whereas Fiona is more interested in the arts. Both love drinking and making friends through such means.

Music, Movies, and Books
We both love movies. We both have a really stupid sense of humour so things like Anchorman, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Monthy Python films, and I know it's not a film but Family Guy is just too amazing not to mention. Then there's the pop-indie (which I know is an oxymoron but you know what I mean) films like Little Miss sunshine, 500 days of Summer, Amelie.
Fiona also loves super-hero films expecially Batman (the Tim Burton ones and the Christopher Nolan ones and ognore the ones inbetween)
As as music goes I think eclectic is the least we could say. Radiohead have got to be mentioned, Blur, Florence and the Machine, London Elektricity, Zero 7, Fatboy Slim, Beyonce, crappy eighties music and every now and then some drum and bass when we are looking to dance. These are just a few I can think of now but I think the only genre we wouldn't listen to would be Christian rock. It just doesn't do it for us.
Books- Anything by Danny Wallace, the man is hilarious. What a Carve Up! by Jonathan Coe, I capture the Castle by Dodie Smith, The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood to name a few but both read a bit of everything.
